All-round entertainment: 360-degree LED advertising board and fascia board ready for use// NEWSWith a 360-degree LED board and a fascia board around the interior of the sports arena, the SAP Garden can promise full entertainment from every seat when it opens on September 27.Instead of a static perimeter board system, the main playing surface in the new home of EHC Red Bull Munich was equipped with all-round LED boards for all ice hockey games. The total area is around 124 square meters and the resolution of the individual LED modules is around 33,120 x 150 pixels.
This means that the boards in the SAP Garden will now be used digitally. Thanks to the load-reducing function, all players still have maximum protection.
Mission: “Experience the sport in a new way”
The 360-degree LED board system will further optimize the matchday experience for all ice hockey fans. In future, this will open up new possibilities for visual effects, for example, which will be used during the breaks between periods or interruptions during a game.
How the SAP Garden lettering came to be on the facade
Various show elements can also be integrated into the framework of the home games. In addition, there are now unique marketing opportunities for all partners of EHC Red Bull München to further increase visibility on match days.
Fascia Board for Red Bulls and Bayern Basketball players
The SAP Garden was also equipped with a fascia board. With a length of 263 meters, this runs through the entire interior of the arena at the height of the upper tier.
By presenting short text messages, animated texts and logos, or video clips, all games are also raised to a new visual level. The Fascia Board will be used at all home games of EHC Red Bull Munich and FC Bayern Basketball.
