Action, dancing and lots of new things: that was the “open day” in the SAP Garden// GRAND OPENING - HIGHLIGHTSLess than 24 hours after EHC Red Bull Munich's grand opening game against the Buffalo Sabres and the opening of SAP Garden, the next highlight was already on the agenda.

On Saturday, over 20,000 people flocked to the SAP Garden for the "Open Day". And they were not to regret coming. Although the breathtaking inauguration of the multifunctional sports arena only ended late on Friday evening, the SAP Garden was ready for its guests again on Saturday afternoon.

Lots of action: the highlights of the open day

Spectacular show

An absolute show highlight took place in the stadium in the respective time slots at 3 pm and 6 pm: A joint event by the revolutionary dance company "Flying Steps" and numerous top Red Bull athletes showed off their skills under the direction of Vartan Bassil.

These included trials freestyle ace Adrian Guggemoos, trials biker Kenny Belaey, freerunners Dennis Korra and Noa Diorgina, freestyle footballer Sean Garnier, rope skipper Timothy Ho-Chu Ting, the two BMX riders Viki Gomez and Bruno Hoffmann and skateboarder Jost Arens.

"NoWay4u_Sir", "Mexify" and "Karni" in the Gaming Garden

Another highlight: in the Gaming Garden - Munich's first bookable gaming hub - visitors were able to play with the well-known Twitch streamers "NoWay4u_Sir", "Mexify" and "Karni".

Away from the spectacle, the open arena circuit also led to the Red Bulls and FC Bayern Basketball fan stores. Several kiosks offered tasty burgers and Bavarian delicacies, among other things. Those who wanted to take a little more time found a cozy place to feast in the "Henry" restaurant.
