By car
The SAP Garden is located in the north of the Olympiapark, directly on the Bundesstraße 2R. There are good parking facilities on site in the Parkharfe car park (3,500 spaces) in front of the sports arena, which can be reached either via Toni-Merkens-Weg or from the north directly via Bundesstraße 2R. Enter “Parkharfe” into your navigation device. Car park tickets can be booked online in advance or purchased on site.
Address: Toni-Merkens-Weg 4, 80809 Munich
Notes on parking:
Please note that there may be waiting times at the exit when the Parkharfe is full after the end of the event. To reduce the waiting time during the payment process, you can also pay directly after entering the parking harp at the pay machine on site. A standard parking fee is charged for parking periods of up to 24 hours. Each exit ticket also has a QR code that you can scan with your smartphone. You then have the option of paying the parking fee digitally by credit card.
By public transport
We recommend traveling to and from major events by subway. You can also get to SAP Garden by bus and streetcar. You can find detailed information on how to get here by public transport here:
By bike
There are 600 free parking spaces for bicycles on the stadium grounds.
Entrances
The two main entrances are divided into E1, E2 and E3. While E2 serves as the entrance for visiting fans at Red Bull Munich matches, it is E3 for Bayern Basketball matches. Entrance E6 is mainly used by amateur sports fans to access the three additional underground ice rinks. On match days, all fans with a season ticket enter the stadium via entrance E7 - outside of match days, it is the entrance to the “Henry” restaurant. E10 is available to VIP guests during their visit.
Taking bags
Events: Bags larger than A4 size may not be taken into the stadium, nor may umbrellas. Bags are allowed. Larger bags can be deposited in front of the SAP Garden for a fee.
Recreational sports: Lockers are available in the changing rooms for visitors to the three additional ice rinks for recreational and recreational sports. Bags, clothing, shoes etc. can be deposited there during the ice time.
