VIP visit: ice hockey coach meets Finnish ambassador at SAP Garden// NEWSAmbassador, consul, coach - this very special constellation met at the SAP Garden this week. At the meeting with Toni Söderholm, the Finnish ambassador Kai Sauer learnt about the status of the construction work, among other things.Right on time at 6 p.m., a black van with four Finnish politicians drove up to the construction site of the multifunctional sports arena currently under construction. On board alongside the ambassador: Honorary Consul Philipp A. Schoeller, Counsellor Mikko Koskue and First Secretary Katariina Tanhua-Tyrkkö. Together with Oliver Wesp, Managing Director of Red Bull Stadion München GmbH, the delegation from the land of a thousand lakes visited the SAP Garden.
Munich's Finnish ice hockey coach Söderholm gave his compatriots an exclusive look at the new home of EHC Red Bull München and FC Bayern Basketball. Among other things, the visitors saw the main playing surface with the cooling elements already installed, the hospitality areas and the future dressing rooms of the two top European clubs.
