Our facilities for your event// NEWSAre you looking for the right setting for an event such as a corporate event, product presentation or annual general meeting? The hospitality area of SAP Gardens will provide the perfect location in future. With its variety of rooms of different sizes and facilities, the SAP Garden offers the perfect set-up for the variable and individual organisation of personal event ideas for up to 1,100 people.
The hospitality area allows for a diverse event realisation and consists of three VIP lounges on three different levels, a press conference room, several VIP boxes and the free-floating terrace in the interior, THE WIIING.
These rooms will include stage elements for various music programmes with a DJ booth, screens that can be used in different ways and a large LED wall for creative content. Another highlight of the hospitality area is the VIP restaurant with an exclusive show kitchen. .

Whether 10 or 1,000 people, every event can be ideally staged in the SAP Garden.
