The first "pilaster strip" is mounted// NEWSThe first of 260 pilaster strips was installed on the façade of the SAP Garden at the beginning of May. The other components are now gradually cladding the arena.The facts:
The largest is about 18.20 metres high and weighs one ton.
The shortest measures 11.60 metres and weighs about 600 kg.
All are made of pure aluminium with a wall thickness of four millimetres.
