The first "pilaster strip" is mounted// NEWSThe first of 260 pilaster strips was installed on the façade of the SAP Garden at the beginning of May. The other components are now gradually cladding the arena.

The facts:

The largest is about 18.20 metres high and weighs one ton. The shortest measures 11.60 metres and weighs about 600 kg. All are made of pure aluminium with a wall thickness of four millimetres.
